OFFICIAL RULES FOR FRONT-OF-THE-LINE PERKS PASS PRE-REGISTRATION

1. DO NOT SHARE YOUR LINK. Sharing the link will render your Perks Pass null & void, and will result in the disqualification of all associated entries.

2. Perks Passes are valid until 11:59PM ET on JULY 31, 2020 (only if activated).

3. Pre-Registration is available exclusively to qualified users that have been sent an official activation link to their registered email address directly from Copdate.

4. Do not attempt to pre-register unless you have received an official activation link directly from Copdate. Submissions received from unauthorized accounts will result in the disqualification of all entries associated with the link used.

5. To avoid errors, ensure that the information submitted matches your Copdate account exactly. Entries containing errors will not be processed.

6. Pre-registration is possible for ONE SIZE ONLY. All pre-qualified entries will be processed in the pre-registered size only. Sizes are subject to availability on individual events. If your pre-registered size is not available, your entry may not be processed. In such cases. you can register manually for those events.

7. Pre-registration via the activation link strictly provides eligible users a participating entry in upcoming qualified Nationwide Copdate events. Pre-registering does not guarantee product availability, or imply that participating entries will be selected for the opportunity to purchase any of the associated products or services.

8. Entering does not guarantee eligibility. All entries submitted using the pre-registration link or by any other means are subject to verification, Copdate Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other eligibility requirements.(§)

9. Submissions via invite link will be verified and validated entires will be notified by 11:59pm ET on 7/21/2020.

COPDATE OFFICIAL RULES FOR PERKS PASS

1. The Front-of-the-Line Perks Pass entitles eligible participants to a pre-registered entry in qualifying Copdate events until July 31, 2020 ("The Pre-Registration Period"). All Perks Pass Holders will also be automatically entered for a chance to receive additional Boost Perks throughout the Pre-Registration Period.

2. When applicable, you can Boost qualifying pre-registered entries to access multiple rounds of winners draws, and the opportunity to earn additional Boost Perks.

3. Your Perks Pass does not guarantee that your entry(ies) will be selected for the opportunity to purchase the advertised or associated products, services, Perks, or promotions.

4. One Perks Pass entry per person, per event. Multiple entries or attempted entries will be disqualified without notice.

5. Pre-Registration for Perks Pass Holders is available on qualifying events only. Pre-Registration may not be available to Perks Pass Holders for every event during the Pre-Registration Period. All Copdate events are subject to availability and to the participant meeting all eligibility requirements, including those of the participating merchant, which may include, but are not limited to, user-location, sizing options, or other requirements. Merchant term & conditions and eligibility requirements are subject to change without notice.

6. All Pre-Registered entries are subject to Copdate Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and the specific rules of the participating merchant.

7. Pre-Registering via the invite link provided, and/or registering via the Copdate mobile application, websites, or by other means, does not guarantee eligibility, or that the recipient of this email, or that any other participant will be eligible for the opportunity to receive, purchase, or reserve any of the advertised products or services.

8. Redemption instructions will be provided to eligible participants only if selected.

9. All advertised promotions, products, and services are subject to Copdate Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Void where prohibited.

10. The merchant reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entry that is deemed to have breached the stated rules, or is otherwise deemed ineligible for any reason.

11. Copdate is strictly a reservation service and does not handle purchase transactions for products reserved using the service. Products must be purchased directly from the retailer on release day according to the store rules and Copdate Terms of Use.

12. By entering, you agree to the terms of the release, to join our mailing list, subscribe to our newsletter, and to receive promotional emails from Copdate.

CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS

Due to the high demand and limited availability of this and other products released on Copdate, we are working to ensure that every reservation made in the app is honored, and that every product reserved is spoken for on release day.

Unclaimed reservations are a lose-lose situation for everyone – other users who missed out, the retailer holding products for “no-shows”, and us too… We love giving out W’s, and we don’t want them going to waste!

CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS ENSURE THAT “WINNERS MEAN BUSINESS”

In order to secure their product for this release, winners will be required to confirm their reservation by validating their payment information and authorizing a nominal charge in the app.

Winners that complete the confirmation step and successfully authorize the charge, will have certified their intention to pick up their reserved product from the retailer on release day.

This will help ensure that reservations are given only to winners that intend to pickup on release day, and that all reserved pairs end up in the hands of people that truly want them!

Winners that do not confirm or do not wish to authorize the charge, can simply cancel their pending reservation (i.e. “Drop”) at no cost and give other users the opportunity to cop hassle-free!

Reservation Fees are not refundable and non-transferable. Once the Fee for a confirmed reservation is paid, it is not refundable. Failure to honor a confirmed reservation, the stated rules, or the foregoing Terms of Use, may result in the reservation being cancelled at the user’s expense.

BUSINESS AS USUAL… STILL 100% FREE.

As always, there is no charge whatsoever for entering.

Your CREDIT CARD IS NOT REQUIRED and there is NO CHARGE OF ANY KIND for entering and/or participating in the List Event.

Confirmation is only required if your List entry has been selected or RSVP was successful.

If your attempted reservation is unavailable, unsuccessful, or if you decide to “DROP”, your reservation will simply be cancelled at no charge.

PURCHASING ON RELEASE DAY

All products successfully reserved using Copdate must be purchased from the retailer on release day as instructed in the rules set by the shop for each event.

Products are NOT purchased in the app.
